Culture Is Your Ultimate Firewall<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As <strong>Esther George <\/strong>reminded us, your leadership style is your organisation\u2019s strongest security protocol.<\/p>\n<p>An autocratic culture \u2014 where employees are expected to follow orders \u201clike robots\u201d \u2014 does more than suppress innovation. It creates vulnerability. It creates low-hanging fruit for hackers, deepfakes and manipulation.<\/p>\n<p>A culture where a junior employee feels safe enough to question a CEO\u2019s suspicious request is a culture that survives.<\/p>\n<p>AI adoption does not begin with tools.
