Kwame also hosts the top negotiation podcast, \u2018Negotiate Anything\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Kwame\u2019s shares his personal struggles earlier in life with difficult conversations; which led him find a way to better deal with that by exploring psychology, human behavior and how the thoughts and beliefs influence our behavior and the way that people think.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201cWhen it comes to these difficult conversations, it&#8217;s not a question of whether or not we do it, it&#8217;s a question of whether or not we do it well,\u201d he says.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">People often default to an avoiding strategy to avoid conflict.
