I am passionate about empowering the Next Generation of Leaders.\u00a0My work contributes towards the <\/strong>SDG 8<\/strong><\/a> Decent Work & Economic Growth for all.<\/strong><\/p>\n
The SDGs promote sustained economic growth, higher levels of productivity and technological innovation. Encouraging entrepreneurship and job creation are critical to this, as are effective measures to eradicate forced labour, slavery and human trafficking. With these targets in mind, the goal is to achieve full and productive employment, and decent work, for all women and men by 2030.<\/p>\n

Digital Literacy <\/strong><\/h2>\n
I am passionate about empowering people, especially women, to acquire the digital skills they need to take advantage of the digital economy. I advocate digital literacy for all and believe that enabling entrepreneurship ecosystems to support economic and social progress is critical, especially in Africa.<\/p>\n
I am a member of\u00a0Tech London Advocates<\/a>, an unrivalled collection of tech leaders, experts and investors uniting to form the most influential independent, private-sector group in London.<\/p>\n

Women Empowerment <\/strong><\/h2>\n
I have been supporting women empowerment for more than a decade and played a vital role in executive committees of leading charities such as Professional Women Network<\/a> (London) and Women in Diplomatic Services (WDS<\/a>).<\/p>\n
I am a key founding member of the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC<\/a>), a one-of-a-kind training program that builds a pan-African community of aspiring and established women entrepreneurs. AWEC empowers these women with the strategy, leadership, and business management skills needed for growth and economic advancement.<\/p>\n
Africa Rebranding\/Innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

- I have created the African Diaspora Professional Women (ADIPWO<\/a>) with 475+ members on LinkedIn<\/a>. Each year on International Women\u2019s Day, we release the top 20 women in the African diaspora and on the continent who are advancing the future of the continent.<\/li>\n
- Field trips in Africa contributing to an inclusive Strategic Planning Workshop<\/a>\u00a0for engineering, innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa.<\/li>\n
