We can be so busy running for the next thing that we forget to stop to celebrate our wins; no matter how small, they are a stepping stone toward the bigger picture.<\/p>\n

As we are fast approaching 2023, let\u2019s take the time to reflect on our achievements and lessons learned to make the most out of the new year. Here are my key moments in 2022 and what is coming up in 2023. I would love to read yours.<\/p>\n

Delivered a workshop to budding entrepreneurs at the Bootstrap Business School (BBS) on selecting a Profitable Niche for their business. It was an intense Bootcamp for the minority communities in the Tampa Bay area, Florida, to go from idea to launch in just two weeks!<\/p>\n

Podcast Interview<\/a> with RADIO MANDEN – “30 minutes to convince” sharing business and personal branding tips for African women.<\/p>\n

February<\/h3>\n

Delivered personal branding webinar to 50 HR professionals<\/a> at ING bank. They learned the benefits of personal branding for themselves as employees and the organisation.<\/p>\n

Delivered a personal branding workshop to 15 aspiring and existing board members with Inclusive Boards.<\/p>\n

March<\/h3>\n

To celebrate International Women\u2019s Day, I released the ADIPWE list 2022<\/a> with the top 20 Inspirational Women of the African Diaspora Professional Women in Europe (ADIPWE). The list has now evolved to include women on the continent advancing Africa’s development. Therefore, the name ADIPWE is changing in 2023 to reflect this evolution. More to come soon.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd25 I spoke at the ‘Mastering Entrepreneurship<\/a>‘ 3-day Summit on how to Become a Leading Voice in Your Field to achieve your business goals. We discussed pitfalls that may present themselves and strategies to maximise opportunities for success.<\/p>\n

Delivered a Keynote speech: \u00a0The power of the first row<\/a> at the book launch event \u2018IT girls\u2019 in Vienna. In my talk, I shared how I used to be bullied at a younger age and how I learned how change happens.<\/p>\n
